We help international travelers prepare and submit their Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) applications to the Thai immigration authorities.

We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with the Thai Immigration Bureau or any other official Thai government body. All TDAC documents you receive through us are ultimately processed and issued by the official immigration authorities.
2. What the Service does
When you place an order, we perform the following actions on your behalf:
- Collect your passport and travel details.
- Process your payment via secure card processing.
- Submit your data to the official Thai immigration system to generate your TDAC.
- Email you the confirmation containing your TDAC QR code and a payment receipt.
Our service fee is included in the displayed price. The final price is always shown clearly before you proceed to payment.
3. Your responsibilities
- Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for providing accurate passport information, travel dates, and contact details. The TDAC is strictly linked to your passport. Any typos may result in an invalid document or denial of entry.
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid and meets the entry requirements for Thailand.
- Payment: Pay by a valid payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.
- Compliance: Possessing a TDAC does not guarantee entry into Thailand. Immigration officials retain the final authority to grant or deny entry based on local laws and individual circumstances.
4. Delivery and processing
Most applications are processed and confirmed within 24–48 hours, though this may vary depending on the immigration system's workload. You will receive an email with your TDAC document as soon as the immigration authorities complete the processing.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by official immigration system maintenance or unexpected processing times.

6. Liability
We take reasonable care to process your application based on the data you provide. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Incorrect information submitted by you (e.g., wrong passport number or travel dates).
- Denial of entry by Thai immigration authorities.
- Force majeure, including immigration system outages or network disruptions.
- Consequential loss or delay arising from processing times beyond our control.
In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Service is incorporated (Nevada, USA). Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence entitles you to file a claim locally.
