The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an official digital document issued by Thai immigration authorities and linked to the traveler's passport. Once your application has been successfully processed and the TDAC has been generated, the service is considered fulfilled. Because the TDAC is tied to specific passport details and arrival dates, it cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been registered in the immigration system.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

By confirming your order, you explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the application process and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once your data has been submitted for official processing.
