Summary
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an official digital document issued by Thai immigration authorities and linked to the traveler's passport. Once your application has been successfully processed and the TDAC has been generated, the service is considered fulfilled. Because the TDAC is tied to specific passport details and arrival dates, it cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been registered in the immigration system.
When a refund is possible
A full refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Before processing: If you cancel your order before we have submitted your data to the immigration system (typically within 30–60 minutes of payment), you can receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- System error: If the TDAC cannot be issued due to an official system error on the part of the Thai immigration authorities, we will refund the full amount.
- Duplicate charge: Accidental duplicate orders for the same traveler and arrival date will be refunded in full.
When a refund is not possible
- Application already processed: Once the Thai immigration authorities have issued your TDAC, the service is considered rendered, and no refund can be provided.
- Incorrect data provided: If the traveler submitted incorrect details (e.g., wrong passport number, name, or arrival date), the document was issued exactly as requested. We cannot provide a refund for errors made by the applicant.
- Travel cancellation: If your trip to Thailand is cancelled, postponed, or if you are denied entry at the border for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to refund the service fee.
How to request a refund

- Include your order number (format TDAC-XXXXXX) and a brief explanation of the issue.
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Consumer Rights and Waiver
Under applicable consumer protection laws, digital services that require immediate execution may be exempt from standard withdrawal rights. By confirming your order, you explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the application process and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once your data has been submitted for official processing.
